Ok at first I thought…..Wow is this multitasking or what…I must admitt I spent a lot of time watching the background to see if I could figure out where you where and then …I really did get into the message…and I’m thinking about it …as I have been praying about it all week…still don’t get it but I will continue to pray and listen….

Very poignant and relevant sermon for me this week. God’s providence is there. For one, if I can’t be there to listen to the sermon, I am so grateful to have it on here to watch. Next, the fact that you use every avenue of social networking including blogroll, twitter and facebook, brings FBC into the next decade, making it desirable for the younger generations as well. Sometimes it’s people our age who need the most guidance, and you “speak” right to us. Finally, I love the different locations you choose to tape your video blog because that changes it up and makes us want to watch what is coming next. If I can’t be there to hear it in person, I’m so happy to be able to benefit from it here. Thank you so much.
Thumbs up for the use of video blogs to highlight the week’s sermon and reinforce the message. The particular comparison of you driving your boat into the storm to get home with Jonah choosing to be thown into the stormy water, and ultimately to come face to face with God, was very poignant.
